Refund Policy
PawStoryHub provides both digital services and physical merchandise. Refund rules differ based on the product type.
A. Digital Services (Non-Refundable)
The following items cannot be refunded under any circumstances:
Pet story submission
Photo upload & review
Booth/listing/display fees
Any service already processed
Once digital services begin, the cost is irreversible.
B. Physical Products Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund if:
The item arrives damaged
The wrong item was delivered
The product is significantly different from the description
You cancel before the order ships
2. Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are NOT available if:
The item has been used
The issue is based on personal preference
The return request is made after 14 days
3. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method (PayPal / Stripe / credit card).
